Once approved and paid, you get access to your storage space for the booked dates. Leave a review when done!

You keep 85% of each booking. Connect your bank account via Stripe to receive automatic payouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. We never store your full card details.

When is my card charged?

Your card is only charged after the space owner approves your booking request. If declined, no charge is made.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel from your bookings page. If the booking hasn't been approved yet, no charge applies. Refund policies apply for approved bookings.

How do I receive payouts as an owner?

Connect your bank account via Stripe from your profile page. Payouts are processed automatically after bookings are confirmed.

What types of spaces can I list?

Indoor, outdoor, climate-controlled, drive-up, and parking spaces. Garages, basements, spare rooms — if it can store items safely, you can list it.

Is there a minimum booking period?

No minimum. You can book for as few as 1 day. The daily rate is calculated from the monthly price (price / 30).
